We are now accepting payments for policies billed by Mitchell Insurance, Inc. on line
Policies billed directly by one of our many insurance carriers DO NOT qualify for payment through this method and must be paid directly to the insurance carrier. If you have any doubt whatsoever, please call our office first and verify whether your particular policy is 'Agency Bill' or 'Direct Bill'.
Agency Bill policies will always have a white 8 1/2" x 11" Invoice with the Mitchell Insurance logo at the top and will specify that payments are payable to Mitchell Insurance, Inc. Most Agency Bill policies are for businesses and generally do not include Workers' Compensation.
Direct Bill policies are billed by the various Insurance Companies and all payments are due and payable to them in accordance with those rules - Direct Bill is used for most Personal Lines policies like Auto and Homeowners and some Business Policies including most Workers' Compensation policies.
